Kristi has an extensive business background in marketing and retail with more than 23 years in corporate America, and the last 14 private consulting. Her.corporate experience included responsibility for product and marketing decisions for more than 2,300 Albertson's Food and Drug stores in 38 states, and negotiations with national brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, Maybelline and Revlon. She specializes in managing products throughout the entire supply chain: from conception/development, selection, managing advertising budgets/planning, and studying consumer buying habits and inventory control. Kristi also has a deep understanding of selecting and launching new products into the marketplace.
Kristi is a Corporate Sales Trainer and specializes in helping individuals and corporate sales teams learn proven sales, follow-up strategies & communication systems to peak perform. Helping executive teams learn how to communicate and thrive as a team using The 4 Communication Styles To Peak Performance, is one of her passions.
In 2010, Kristi co-authored the book License To Dream – Every Woman’s Guide to Financial Freedom Through Network Marketing (available on Amazon.com, Eagle One Publishing, and Kindle) She and her co-authors excel at teaching people how to step through limiting beliefs and build successful businesses. In 2011, she was the recipient of The Freedom Award for exceptional leadership (1 of 12 given internationally by SendOutCards)
Kristi served as Founder and Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors from 2006 to 2014, for ACEL Phoenix (Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders) a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and empowering leaders in the community. In 2011, Kristi was the recipient of the Positively Powerful Woman Award for Non-Profit Leadership. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy Alumni Association, and Valley Leadership, Class 38.
